4 Promotional Products - We decorate all the Promotional Hats we sell right here in our plant. The three main forms of decorating hats we have available are puff imprint, flat screen print and embroidery. Our suede puff print feels like suede and has a slight rise on the promotional hat similar to embossing. For a printing process this is the best. We also have a flat imprint which is silk screen ink on hats. The Cadillac decoration process is embroidery. Embroidered caps have the highest perceived value. Hats custom embroidered are best with a logo that is bold and without a lot of detail in the design.

We call this the Designer Collection because it will allow you to design beautiful hats for your firm. We have manufactured a special fabric and carefully brushed it for an incredible feel. Then we added color between the bill for subtle contrast.....Promotional Caps....The Designer cap comes in both structured hats and un-structured. The structured version is produced with a self-fabric strap and sewn grommet while the unstructured Designer hats comes with a velcro closure.
Unconstructed Hats
For the more discerning customers, we produce a nice brushed cotton Golf Cap with a genuine leather strap, brass buckle and brass grommet.
