If you have never seen custom t shirts printed watch the video. It will let you see the whole process in around 2 minutes. It starts with the shirt being loaded on a print station. Then the first color is screened onto the t shirt as the shirt spins around to the next pallet. Now another color is printed on the shirt. The colors are printed wet on wet meaning that the the first color printed is still wet when the second color is printed. Spinning the shirt again it reaches the final pallet and is pulled off and placed on a conveyor belt. Now it travel thru a heat tunnel for several minutes at around 400 degrees to cure the ink on the t shirt and get it ready for packing and shipping. Have fun watching it.
